Classic Tranportable Homes– flying by Helicopter

Moving a cabin across the ocean? Just another day for this team.

Client: Classic Transportables

Type: Logistical brand video

Challenge:
Classic Transportables, the transportable home building branch of Classic Builders needed to showcase the impressive relocation of a cabin across the ocean to from Maketu to Motiti Island — a complex, visually compelling story that couldn’t be told with words alone.

Solution:
We filmed the entire journey, capturing cinematic footage of the cabin being airlifted from a farm in Makatu and transported by Black Hawk helicopter, owned and operated by
Kahu NZ .The goal was to highlight not only the logistical scale of the move, but the dedication the Classic team and the flight crew brings to their clients. The dramatic shots reinforced their reliability and reach.

Outcome:
The final video drew strong engagement on social media and was repurposed across marketing campaigns. It helped establish Classic Trasnportables as a brand within the Classic Group that goes the distance — quite literally — to deliver for their customers.

Amazing work!

While Bridge works quietly in the background making sure it all goes smoothly, Louis filmed our cabin being moved across the sea from Maketu to Motiti Island. He hung out of the helicopter to make sure he got the best shot! Love his work. He really has a way of making everything come together really well.
